Exmile CON-Series are cured-on solid (flat-proof) tires built for scissor lifts and aerial equipment that run hard. This guide explains what makes them different, lists the tread patterns and verified sizes, and shows how to spec by load and speed — then routes you to shop Exmile tires or scissor lift tire sets at ForkliftTire.com.

Why Exmile CON-Series cured-on solid tires
The CON-Series uses a high natural-rubber tread compound for long wear in extreme use, with low rolling resistance (longer battery life on electric units, lower fuel on engine units) and a strong compound-to-steel bond for extended life. They’re positioned where the lowest cost per hour is the goal. The brochure also notes broad OEM approvals across major aerial brands (Manitou, Genie, JLG, Airo, Dingli).

Tread patterns (LUG / RIB / SM)
Match tread to your surface: LUG1–LUG5 for more bite on mixed surfaces, RIB1–RIB3 and SM (smooth) for smoother indoor floors and predictable contact. Pattern availability varies by size (see table).

Best-fit applications
CON-Series shines on high-use scissor lifts in demanding yards or job sites, fleets prioritizing long wear + efficiency, and any application where downtime is costly and flat-proof matters.

Exmile CON-Series FAQ
What size scissor lift tires do I need (Genie, JLG, Skyjack, Snorkel)?
Scissor lift tires are sized by the molded dimensions (for example 12x4, 15x5, 406x125). The right size depends on your make and model - Genie GS, JLG ES, Skyjack SJ, and Snorkel S-series each use specific sizes. Send your machine model or the numbers on the current tire and we will match the exact Exmile CON-Series set. Shop by brand: Genie, JLG, Skyjack, Snorkel.
Are Exmile scissor lift tires non-marking?
Yes. The CON-Series uses a non-marking silica compound (no carbon black) that will not leave marks on concrete, coated, or sealed floors, and it is cured (mold-on) directly to the steel wheel for a permanent bond.
Do I need to replace all four scissor lift tires at once?
Usually yes. Scissor lifts need consistent tire diameter across all four corners to keep the platform level at height; mismatched wear can trip the pothole-protection system. Replace in sets (we offer 2-tire pair deals) and ideally all four together.
Does FTC carry boom lift and aerial work platform tires too?
Yes. The same Exmile CON-Series mold-on tires fit many boom lifts and vertical mast lifts (Genie, JLG, Snorkel) in addition to scissor lifts. Send your model and we will confirm fitment.
A cured-on solid (flat-proof) tire with a high natural-rubber tread compound, low rolling resistance, and a strong compound-to-steel bond for long service life — built for scissor lifts and aerial equipment.
Cured-on solids are purpose-built flat-proof tires bonded to the wheel, so there’s no air or foam fill to fail; they typically run cooler with lower rolling resistance than foam-filled conversions and are sized specifically for the lift. Send your equipment and we’ll confirm the right fit.
Representative sizes include 9x3, 10x3, 12x4/12x4.5, 18x12, 22x9x16, and 25.6x7, with imperial and metric equivalents. Send your size and we’ll confirm fit, load, and tread.
