How On-Site Installation Works
- Text us photos. Send a photo of the tire sidewall (size markings) and your forklift's data plate to (310) 341-4694, along with your zip code. The data plate tells us the make, model, and serial number — the foundation for a correct quote.
- Get your quote. We confirm fitment, tire options, and pricing, including any travel charge based on your distance from the installer's base.
- We schedule the visit. The serial number goes on the work order so the right machine gets serviced when the installer arrives — critical on multi-truck fleets.
- Tires pressed on-site. Old tires pressed off, new tires pressed on with a mobile hydraulic press at your facility, and your fleet record updated.

In our service regions, ask about a fleet survey: we document every truck — make, model, serial number — and assess each tire (remaining height, chunking, separation, wear pattern). You get a written record of your fleet and the state of its tires, and we keep it on file.

Loose solid and press-on tires can also be pressed at any local press shop; air-filled pneumatic tube-type tires need no press at all (mounting with a safety cage only).

Which forklift tires need a press?
All press-on ring tires — cushion and polyurethane — always need a press; cushion press-ons are the most common job we press. Solid resilient tires need pressing too, which is why switching from air-filled pneumatics to solids in the same size is a pressing job. Only air-filled tube-type pneumatics mount without a press (they require a safety cage for inflation). Pre-mounted tire & wheel assemblies skip the press entirely because the tire is pressed on at the factory.
Do you replace load wheels on electric forklifts?
Case by case. Load-wheel removal and replacement is typically forklift-mechanic work rather than a tire-press specialty — but we can press the solid polyurethane press-on tires many load wheels use. Send us photos and we'll tell you honestly whether we can help.
