30-Inch Inside Diameter Polyurethane Press-On Tires
30-inch ID polyurethane press-on tires are the largest standard size in our inventory. They are used on the biggest industrial forklifts and specialty material handling equipment operating indoors.
This wheel size is commonly found in steel handling, shipyard staging, heavy fabrication, and large-format warehousing where every tire must support extreme loads throughout the shift.
Compound Options for Purchase
Our 30-inch ID polyurethane tires are produced by Millennium Elastomers and available in two compounds:
SPS — Super Premium Soft (88A Durometer) — Designed to improve ride quality on the largest indoor trucks by reducing vibration and impact while maintaining good energy efficiency. SPS helps improve operator comfort, supports efficient battery use, and provides dependable traction in both ambient and freezer conditions.
Hyload (95A Durometer) — Built for the heavy thermal and mechanical demands of 30-inch tire applications. Hyload helps dissipate heat under sustained heavy loads, which supports compound stability, longer service life, and dependable load performance. It also helps reduce amp draw, making it a proven option for large equipment where energy costs matter.
Specialty Compounds Available by Request
If SPS or Hyload does not fully match your operating conditions, we can also supply additional Millennium Elastomers compounds through our team:
- HLS — A practical option for 30-inch equipment operating under standard load demands and controlled floor conditions.
- HL3 — Built for added protection against surface damage in rougher industrial environments.
- HL4 — Designed for the highest load demands in indoor material handling applications.
- Vulkollan — A premium elastomer known for excellent load support and strong heat management on large-format industrial wheels.
- Falconium — Developed to maximize tire life and reduce replacement frequency on large, high-cost equipment.
- XD593 — A specialty compound for the most severe industrial environments where maximum wear resistance is required.
