Forklift Tire Company ships industrial tires, wheels, assemblies, and parts across the United States. This policy explains how we ship, what's included, and what to expect after you place an order.
Free Ground Shipping
All web orders include free ground freight to business addresses in the contiguous United States. No minimum order is required.
Free shipping applies to standard ground service only. The receiving location must be able to accept and unload the shipment. Lift gate service is not included in free shipping.
If you need lift gate delivery, residential shipping, or service outside the contiguous U.S., contact us for a shipping quote before placing your order. Additional fees may apply.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 48 hours of placement. During high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.

Delivery Timeframes
Most orders arrive within 2–10 business days after processing, depending on product type, shipping method, and destination.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Factors such as carrier schedules, weather, and regional freight volume may affect transit times.
Shipping Methods
Depending on the vendor, product, and your location, orders may ship via local delivery, UPS, FedEx, or other major freight lines.
- Small parcel (UPS / FedEx): Inner tubes, liner flaps, O-rings, and lighter individual items typically ship via ground parcel service.
- Freight: Larger and heavier items — including tire and wheel assemblies, bundled tire sets, and full-size pneumatic or resilient solid tires — typically ship via freight carrier to a business address.
- Local delivery: Some orders may be fulfilled through local delivery depending on vendor location and proximity to your business.
Forklift Tire Company selects the appropriate shipping method based on each order. If you have a carrier preference, let us know when you place your order.
Business vs. Residential Delivery
Free shipping applies to business addresses — warehouses, distribution centers, dealerships, repair shops, and business locations with a dock or the ability to receive freight.
Residential delivery is available but an additional fee may apply. Contact us before ordering if your delivery address is residential so we can provide an accurate shipping quote.
Lift Gate Service
LTL freight shipments are delivered to your dock or loading area. If your location does not have a dock or forklift available to unload, you may need lift gate service — where the carrier lowers your shipment to ground level.
Lift gate service is not included in free shipping and must be arranged in advance. Contact us to add lift gate service to your order.
Alaska, Hawaii, and International Orders
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and international destinations is available on a case-by-case basis. Contact us for a shipping quote before placing your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If you have not received tracking within 3 business days of placing your order, contact us at 1 (866) 313-2180 or sales@forklifttire.com.
Damaged or Missing Shipments
Inspect all shipments upon delivery. If packaging appears damaged, note the damage on the carrier's delivery receipt before signing.
If you receive a damaged product or your shipment is missing items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can file a freight claim and arrange a replacement or resolution.
Do not refuse a damaged shipment without contacting us first — in many cases, accepting the shipment and documenting the damage leads to a faster resolution.
