Compounds Available in Our Store
We offer two proven polyurethane compounds from Millennium Elastomers in every 4-inch ID tire size listed below:
Hyload (95A Durometer) — A highly linear compound designed to resist heat buildup so wheels run cooler during sustained use. Hyload supports heavier loads than standard urethanes, offers strong cut and tear resistance, and helps extend battery life by lowering amp draw. It is a widely used polyurethane compound that delivers an excellent balance of price, durability, and performance for heavy loads and long runs.
SPS — Super Premium Soft (88A Durometer) — Built for a cushioned ride without giving up energy efficiency. Unlike conventional soft urethanes that increase rolling resistance, SPS returns energy when compressed, helping reduce battery drain and extend shift time. This compound performs especially well in freezer environments and provides strong traction on smooth concrete floors.

Beyond Hyload and SPS, we can also source specialty polyurethane compounds for more specific operating conditions. These options are not stocked in our online store, but they are available by request:
