7-inch ID polyurethane press-on tires are commonly used on narrow-aisle equipment such as order pickers, turret trucks, and mid-size walkie reach trucks. This wheel size is often found on machines working in high-rack storage areas where precise steering and consistent traction support safe elevated operation.
In-Stock Compound Options
All 7-inch ID polyurethane tires in our store are produced by Millennium Elastomers and available in two compound choices:
SPS — Super Premium Soft (88A Durometer) — Designed to reduce the shocks and vibration operators feel during long shifts on order pickers and narrow-aisle trucks. SPS delivers a softer ride through energy-return chemistry that helps limit battery drain. It is also a strong choice for freezer and refrigerated warehouse applications because it provides dependable traction on smooth and cold concrete surfaces.
Hyload (95A Durometer) — A harder compound built for applications where load weight and travel distance are the main concerns. Hyload helps reduce heat buildup during sustained operation, which supports both tire life and battery efficiency. Its chunk-resistant formulation makes it a dependable choice for high-throughput facilities.

For more specialized applications, we can also supply additional Millennium Elastomers compounds by request:
- HLS — Dependable performance for standard warehouse conditions and moderate loads.
- HL3 — Improved resistance to gouging and tearing for floors with rough spots or debris.
- HL4 — Formulated for extra-heavy loads that go beyond standard polyurethane requirements.
- Vulkollan — A premium elastomer known for maintaining strong performance under sustained high-speed and high-load conditions.
- Falconium — Built for operations that want maximum tire life and reduced maintenance intervals.
- XD593 — Designed for extreme-duty applications that require outstanding resistance to abrasive wear.
