Compounds Offered in Our Store
Each 17-inch ID polyurethane tire we carry is produced by Millennium Elastomers and available in two compound options:
SPS — Super Premium Soft (88A Durometer) — Designed to reduce vibration and improve ride comfort on heavy-duty forklifts without creating excessive rolling resistance. SPS helps absorb shock and return energy during compression, which can improve operator comfort while maintaining battery efficiency. It is also a strong choice for freezer and cold-storage applications where traction on smooth floors is important.
Hyload (95A Durometer) — Built for heavy loads, long travel distances, and demanding shift schedules. Hyload helps manage heat under sustained operation so the tire can maintain structural integrity and dependable load performance over a longer service life. Its efficient energy transfer also helps reduce battery draw on large equipment.

If your application requires something beyond SPS or Hyload, we can also source additional Millennium Elastomers compounds through our team:
- HLS — A dependable option for standard-duty 17-inch applications with moderate load and speed demands.
- HL3 — Added resistance to cuts and gouges for environments with rougher floor conditions.
- HL4 — Designed for the highest load demands within the polyurethane compound range.
- Vulkollan — A premium elastomer known for strong load capacity, higher speed capability, and low heat buildup.
- Falconium — Developed to extend tire life and reduce unplanned replacements through improved durability.
- XD593 — A specialty compound for extreme-duty applications where abrasion and mechanical wear are especially severe.
