14-Inch Inside Diameter Polyurethane Press-On Tires
14-inch ID polyurethane press-on tires are commonly used on larger-frame electric forklifts that carry heavier loads and travel longer distances than smaller trucks. This wheel size is often found in high-volume distribution centers, paper and beverage warehouses, and industrial manufacturing operations.
These applications demand tires that can handle substantial weight while maintaining consistent performance throughout the shift.
Online Compound Options
Our 14-inch ID polyurethane tires are manufactured by Millennium Elastomers and available in two compounds:
SPS — Super Premium Soft (88A Durometer) — Designed to reduce vibration and improve ride comfort on larger forklifts without sacrificing battery efficiency. Its energy-return formulation helps absorb impacts and floor irregularities while maintaining low rolling resistance. SPS is also a strong choice for 14-inch equipment used in freezer and cold-storage environments.
Hyload (95A Durometer) — Built for larger forklifts that operate under heavy loads and long travel routes. Hyload helps manage heat during sustained use, which supports longer tire life and more consistent performance. Its combination of load capacity, tear resistance, and energy efficiency makes it a dependable option for large electric forklift fleets.
Additional Compounds Available by Request
If Hyload or SPS does not fully match your operating conditions, we can also supply additional Millennium Elastomers compounds through our sales team:
- HLS — A dependable choice for standard-duty operations without extreme load or speed demands.
- HL3 — Added resistance to tearing and chunking for facilities with rougher floor conditions.
- HL4 — Designed for the heaviest loads and trucks that regularly operate near peak rated capacity.
- Vulkollan — A premium elastomer known for excellent performance under high loads and higher travel speeds while generating less heat.
- Falconium — Developed to extend service life and reduce tire replacement frequency over time.
- XD593 — A specialty compound for extreme-duty applications where abrasion and mechanical stress are especially severe.
