Our 16-inch ID polyurethane tires are available from Millennium Elastomers in two proven compounds:
Hyload (95A Durometer) — Built for high-capacity forklifts that generate significant internal tire stress under heavy loads. Hyload runs cooler than standard polyurethane, which helps protect the compound from heat-related wear while maintaining strong load-carrying performance. It also offers dependable resistance to chunking and tearing while helping reduce battery consumption.
SPS — Super Premium Soft (88A Durometer) — Designed to improve ride quality on larger forklifts where vibration and surface feedback can be more noticeable. SPS flexes and recovers efficiently to help reduce operator fatigue while maintaining better battery efficiency than many conventional soft polyurethane compounds. It is a strong choice when ride comfort and energy efficiency both matter.
