This is a four (4) complete mounted assembly set: two 7.00-12 drive assemblies on 12x5 6-hole wheels and two 6.00-9 steer assemblies on 9x4 6-hole wheels — professionally pressed and ready to bolt on. No tire press required.

- Bolt pattern — both wheels use 6-hole split configuration
- Hub bore diameter — must match your forklift's hub on each axle
- Offset / backspacing — must clear brake drums and frame on both axles
- Current tire sizes — drive should be 7.00-12, steer should be 6.00-9
