Rubber Cushion vs Polyurethane
Rubber cushion tires are the standard choice for most indoor applications. They provide a smooth ride on concrete and warehouse floors, resist cuts and chunking under normal load cycles, and are widely available at lower cost. Polyurethane press-on tires are a non-marking alternative that offers significantly longer tread life in high-cycle, hard-floor environments. They are commonly used in food distribution, clean rooms, and facilities where black rubber marks on floors are not acceptable. Polyurethane tires are harder than rubber and may transmit more vibration, so they perform best on smooth, flat surfaces.

Before Ordering
Confirm your tire size, press-on hub diameter (16"), and drive axle position before placing your order. If you are unsure of your tire size or hub diameter, check the sidewall of your existing tire or your forklift's specifications. Hub diameter is measured across the wheel bore, not the overall wheel width. Incorrect hub diameter will result in a tire that cannot be pressed on or will not seat properly.
