6-Inch Inside Diameter Polyurethane Press-On Tires
6-inch ID polyurethane press-on tires are commonly used on electric pallet jacks, end riders, and center-control rider trucks. This wheel size is often found in warehouse and retail distribution operations where steady tire performance helps support daily throughput.
Two Compounds Stocked Online
Each 6-inch ID polyurethane tire we sell is manufactured by Millennium Elastomers and available in your choice of compound:
Hyload (95A Durometer) — A proven choice for operations that run heavy loads and long shifts. Hyload is built to manage heat effectively, helping the tire carry more weight while reducing battery draw. It also offers strong resistance to chunking and tearing, making it a dependable and cost-effective option for high-volume facilities.
SPS — Super Premium Soft (88A Durometer) — A softer compound designed to improve ride quality without creating excessive rolling resistance. SPS helps cushion operators and loads from shock and vibration while still rolling efficiently across warehouse floors. It is especially well suited for freezer use and operations that value operator comfort and battery efficiency.
Request-Only Compounds
We can also supply several specialty Millennium Elastomers compounds for applications that need something beyond Hyload or SPS:
- HLS — A reliable general-purpose compound for moderate loads and standard warehouse conditions.
- HL3 — Added cut and tear resistance for environments with occasional floor hazards.
- HL4 — Designed for applications that carry sustained heavy loads and need added load support.
- Vulkollan — A premium elastomer known for excellent heat resistance and strong load performance at higher speeds.
- Falconium — Built for longer service life in operations that want to reduce downtime from tire replacements.
- XD593 — Made for extreme-duty environments where high abrasion resistance is required.
