Our 20-inch ID polyurethane tires are available in two Millennium Elastomers compounds:
Hyload (95A Durometer) — Built for high-capacity applications where tire mass and payload weight create significant internal heat during operation. Hyload helps manage that heat so the tire can maintain compound integrity, dependable load performance, and strong battery efficiency during sustained heavy-duty use. It is a proven choice for operations that need durability, load support, and long-term value.
SPS — Super Premium Soft (88A Durometer) — Designed to provide vibration reduction and smoother operation on large indoor equipment without sacrificing battery efficiency. SPS compresses and recovers efficiently, which helps reduce operator fatigue while maintaining low rolling resistance. It is also a strong option for cold environments where dependable traction is important.

If Hyload or SPS does not fully match your operating conditions, we can also supply additional Millennium Elastomers compounds through our sales team:
- HLS — A balanced compound for 20-inch equipment operating under standard conditions without extreme demands.
- HL3 — Added tear and chunk resistance for floors with debris, rough transitions, or other surface hazards.
