CTL / COMPACT TRACK LOADER WARRANTY 12 months or 1,000 hours, whichever comes first. Warranty begins on the date of purchase and is limited to manufacturing defects. Warranty is prorated at 25% of purchase price per 250 hours or 3 months (whichever comes first): 0-249 hours / 0-3 months — 100% of purchase price 250-499 hours / 3-6 months — 75% of purchase price 500-749 hours / 6-9 months — 50% of purchase price 750-1,000 hours / 9-12 months — 25% of purchase price NOT COVERED - Misuse, abuse, or incorrect installation - Damage caused by worn undercarriage parts - Normal wear and tear - Demolition, recycling, or applications outside normal operating conditions (overloading, abusive environments, cuts from use, natural disasters, fire) - Shipping damages caused by carrier mishandling - Loss of machine use, cost of installation, or removal IMPORTANT - Warranty is non-transferable - Prorated credit must be applied toward replacement tracks from Forklift Tire Company, Inc. and will not be issued as a cash refund TO FILE A CLAIM Submit the following to sales@forklifttire.com or call 1 (866) 313-2180: - Original invoice - Make, model, and year of machine - Photos of the defect and the track on the machine Full return policy: https://www.forklifttire.com/return-policy/
