This 12x5 6-hole two-piece split wheel is designed for 7.00-12 forklift tires — including pneumatic tube-type (TTF) and solid resilient (RS) tires — on select forklift models.
Two-piece split wheels allow easier mounting and servicing compared to single-piece wheels, but bolt patterns and center bore sizes vary by forklift. Please verify your wheel specs before ordering.

If your product has failed in normal service we will either repair or replace it. If a prior recommendation were made for the need for a premium compound in the application, the warranty may be void.
