A bare replacement wheel is just the rim — you would use this if you already have a tire or are replacing the wheel only. A tire and wheel assembly ships with the resilient solid tire already pressed onto the wheel, so it is ready to bolt onto the forklift — no on-site press equipment needed.

How do I know if I need a two-piece split wheel or a lockring wheel?
