Rubber Tracks for Compact Track Loaders & Mini Excavators
Shop rubber tracks for compact track loaders (CTLs) and mini excavators. Rubber tracks are the primary wear component on tracked machines — they transfer engine power to the ground and absorb impact from uneven terrain. Replacing worn tracks restores traction, reduces vibration, and prevents undercarriage damage from running on degraded rubber.
We carry Trelleborg CRT-800 tracks and DRTY twin-pack sets across a range of sizes for Bobcat, Takeuchi, and other common CTL and mini excavator platforms.

Shop by Equipment Type
Rubber tracks are organized by equipment category. Select your machine type below to shop by track size.
Mini Excavator Tracks
119 tracks across 15 width groups
Widths from 180mm to 800mm
Trelleborg CRT-800 ST models
Compact Track Loader Tracks
28 tracks + 32 DRTY twin-pack sets
Widths from 320mm to 450mm
Bobcat & Takeuchi specific models
CTL tracks are machine-specific. Bobcat and Takeuchi use different drive lug configurations on the same track size. A 320x86x52 Bobcat track is not the same as a 320x86x52 Takeuchi track. Always confirm the correct model for your machine before ordering.
How Rubber Track Sizes Work
Rubber track sizes follow a three-number format: Width × Pitch × Links. All three measurements must match your current track exactly.
| Measurement | What It Means | Example |
|---|---|---|
| Width | Track width in millimeters — determines ground contact area and flotation | 450mm |
| Pitch | Distance in millimeters between drive lugs — must match your sprocket tooth spacing | 86mm |
| Links | Total number of drive links in the track loop — determines overall track length | 52 |
A track labeled 450 × 86 × 52 means it is 450mm wide, has an 86mm pitch, and contains 52 links. If any one of these three numbers does not match your machine, the track will not fit.
Mini Excavator vs. Compact Track Loader Tracks
Although both use rubber tracks, the two equipment types have different size ranges and construction requirements:
| Feature | Mini Excavator | Compact Track Loader |
|---|---|---|
| Track Widths | 180mm – 800mm | 320mm – 450mm |
| Common Pitches | 48mm, 60mm, 72mm, 84mm, 96mm, 101.6mm | 86mm, 100mm |
| Drive Lug Pattern | Standard (ST) — universal fit by size | Machine-specific (Bobcat BC, Takeuchi TK) |
| Machine Weight Class | 1 – 13+ tons | 3 – 6 tons typical |
| Typical Applications | Trenching, utility, grading, landscaping | Grading, loading, site prep, snow removal |
| Products Available | 119 Trelleborg CRT-800 tracks | 28 Trelleborg + 32 DRTY twin-pack sets |
Track Construction: Trelleborg CRT-800
All Trelleborg tracks in this category use the CRT-800 platform, which is built for extended service life in commercial and rental fleet applications:
- Brass-coated continuous-wound cables — resist moisture infiltration and provide consistent tensile strength across the full track loop
- Forged metal drive links — stronger than cast iron, better fatigue resistance under cyclic loading
- 100% short-pitch offset guide lugs — reduce vibration and noise compared to standard-pitch designs
- Cut-resistant rubber compound — formulated for mixed-surface jobsites with rock, gravel, and debris
DRTY Twin-Pack Track Sets
DRTY rubber tracks are available as twin-pack sets (2 tracks per order) for CTL applications. Two tread pattern options are available:
C-Pattern (Chevron)
Aggressive V-shaped tread for soft ground, mud, and loose soil. Better traction in off-road conditions.
Block Pattern
Flat block tread for paved and hard surfaces. Less aggressive, longer wear on concrete and asphalt.
DRTY twin-pack widths: 180mm, 230mm, 250mm (mini excavator sizes) and 320mm, 400mm, 450mm (CTL sizes).
Common Equipment Makes
Rubber tracks in this category are commonly used on machines from:
Track fitment depends on size and drive lug configuration, not brand alone. Always confirm your track size before ordering.
Warranty
Rubber tracks carry a 12-month or 1,000-hour warranty (whichever comes first) against defects in materials and workmanship under normal operating conditions. Warranty claims are prorated based on remaining coverage at the time of the claim. This warranty is non-transferable and the maximum liability is limited to the original purchase price.
Before Ordering
Before ordering, always confirm:
- Track size (Width × Pitch × Links) — all three numbers must match your current track exactly
- Machine make and model — CTL tracks are machine-specific (Bobcat vs. Takeuchi vs. standard)
- Tread pattern — match the pattern to your primary work surface (C-pattern for soft ground, block for hard surfaces)
- Undercarriage condition — worn sprockets, rollers, or idlers will accelerate new track wear
Verify exact tire size and fitment before ordering.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I find my rubber track size?
Check the markings on the outside of your current track — most tracks are stamped with the Width x Pitch x Links measurement (e.g., 450x86x52). You can also find the track size in your machine's operator manual or by contacting the machine manufacturer with your model and serial number. If you cannot read the markings, measure the track width in millimeters, count the number of links, and measure the distance between two adjacent drive lugs for the pitch.
Can I use a Bobcat track on a Takeuchi or vice versa?
No. Even when the size numbers match (e.g., 320x86x52), Bobcat and Takeuchi use different internal drive lug configurations. Installing the wrong model will result in improper sprocket engagement, accelerated wear, and potential track derailment. Always order the track that matches your machine make.
Should I replace both tracks at the same time?
Yes. Replacing tracks in pairs ensures even traction and balanced wear across both sides of the machine. Running a new track on one side and a worn track on the other creates uneven ground pressure and can cause tracking drift. DRTY twin-pack sets are sold as pairs specifically for this reason.
What is the difference between C-pattern and block-pattern tread?
C-pattern (chevron) tread has an aggressive V-shaped design that digs into soft ground, mud, and loose soil for maximum traction. Block-pattern tread has flat, square lugs that distribute pressure evenly on paved and hard surfaces, producing less vibration and longer wear on concrete and asphalt. Choose based on your primary work surface.
How long do rubber tracks last?
Track life depends on surface type, operating hours, machine weight, and undercarriage condition. Typical service life ranges from 1,000 to 2,000+ hours. Tracks wear faster on abrasive surfaces like rock and concrete than on soft ground. Maintaining proper track tension and keeping the undercarriage in good condition extends track life.
What causes premature track wear?
The most common causes are worn undercarriage components (sprockets, rollers, idlers), improper track tension, operating on surfaces that exceed the track's intended use, and turning at high speed on hard surfaces. If your tracks are wearing unevenly or faster than expected, inspect the undercarriage before installing new tracks.
