Choose Your Wheel Type
Drop Center Wheels
Drop center wheels feature a recessed center section that allows the tire bead to seat during mounting. Commonly used on pneumatic tire applications for forklifts and industrial equipment.
Dual Wheels
Dual wheel setups run two tires per position for increased load capacity and stability. The form collects spacing, width, and mounting details specific to dual configurations.
Lock Ring Wheels
Lock ring wheels use a removable locking ring to secure the tire bead instead of a split design. Used on larger forklifts and industrial equipment with pneumatic or solid resilient tires.
Press-On Wheels
Press-on wheels are designed for cushion and polyurethane tires that mount using a hydraulic press. The form collects hub dimensions, keyway details, and mounting specifications.
Two-Piece Wheels
Two-piece split wheels separate into two halves for tire mounting. The most common forklift wheel design, used with resilient solid and pneumatic forklift tires across many equipment makes.

What to Have Ready Before Submitting
Providing complete measurements helps improve quoting accuracy and helps ensure the finished wheel matches your equipment. Each form will prompt you for the relevant dimensions, but here are the most common specifications to gather before you start:
Wheel Diameter
Wheel Width
Bolt Pattern (BCD)
Hub Bore (Center Hole)
Offset
Photos of Existing Wheel
Include any stamped markings visible on the wheel. Markings often indicate the original manufacturer, size, or part number and can help verify the correct replacement specifications.
Fitment Reminder: Wheel fitment must match exactly. Even wheels that appear to be the same size may differ in bolt pattern, hub bore, or offset. Verify exact tire size and fitment before ordering.
Custom Wheel Production & Lead Times
Custom wheels are built to order and typically require 2 to 8 weeks for production depending on wheel type, specifications, and manufacturing workload. After you submit a completed form, our team will review the specifications and follow up with availability, pricing, and estimated lead time.
All custom wheel sales are final and non-returnable. Because each wheel is manufactured to your submitted specifications, please verify all measurements before approving production.

Look at your current wheel. Two-piece wheels have a visible bolt line separating two halves. Lock ring wheels have a removable ring around the outer edge. Press-on wheels have a smooth cylindrical surface. Drop center wheels have a recessed channel visible from the side. If you cannot identify the type, send photos and measurements to our team and we can help.
What measurements are needed for a custom wheel quote?
The most helpful details include wheel diameter, wheel width, bolt pattern (number of holes and bolt circle diameter), hub bore, offset, and any stamped markings on the current wheel. Photos from the front and side of the wheel help verify the design.
Can you help if my old wheel has no part number or markings?
