If your product has failed in normal service we will either repair or replace it. If a prior recommendation were made for the need for a premium compound in the application, the warranty may be void. No product manufactured, altered, or modified at dealer request or by the dealer is refundable. Warranty does not extend to consequential damages arising from defective products. In no event will any allowance or adjustment be greater than the original cost of the item to the original purchaser. The warranty is limited for the exclusive benefit of the original purchaser of the product and is not assignable.
